An Auction of Finest & Rarest Wines, featuring A Library of Rarities, The Iconic Collection, Esteemed Bordeaux from a Cellar of Significance, and Wines from the Encyclopedic Cellar, is now open for early bidding on our mobile app and website. Live bidding for this sale will occur Friday, November 4th at 8am ET.

Lovers of the finest Bordeaux will want to look closely at the offerings in The Iconic Collection (lots 1-56) and Esteemed Bordeaux from a Cellar of Significance (lots 65-91). The owner of The Iconic Collection purchased the top wines of the best vintages as futures, including the legendary 1982s, and laid them down in pristine storage conditions. For many of these lots, you would be only the second owner.

Burgundy afficionados on the hunt for superlative bottles need look no further than A Library of Rarities (lots 145-324) or Wines from the Encyclopedic Cellar (lots 338-488). The depth of A Library of Rarities is impressive – vintages stretching back to the 1950s and coveted producers including Anne Gros, Leroy and Méo-Camuzet – while the breadth reaches widely to cover historic California and Italy. The Encyclopedic Cellar represents decades of collecting the iconic wines of Burgundy, the Rhône Valley, Italy, and more. Watch for the large formats here including a magnum of 1990 Musigny, VV from Vogüe, as well as scarce magnums from DRC and Rousseau.
