We store all wines in our state-of-the-art, temperature and humidity controlled warehouse from the moment of our receipt until collection or shipment. Our cellar temperatures are electronically monitored twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. All of our temperature and humidity control systems are backed up by an emergency generator designed to cycle on automatically within seconds of a power outage, ensuring that proper temperature is constantly maintained. Unlike most warehouse facilities that offer climate control, we are experts in the proper handling and storage of wine.
